"Strengthening Appalachia: Sustainable Energy, Renewable Energy, and Energy Efficiency"

Regional Gathering Registration Form

Dec. 4-5, 2014

Benham Schoolhouse Inn / Benham, KY

Regional Gatherings bring the work of the Appalachian Transition Fellowship to a wider participant base, providing a space for folks throughout the region to convene and join fellows and host communities in sharing their work, learning from each other, and working together to identify opportunities throughout Appalachia. At this regional gathering on sustainable energy, the AppFellows joined host communities like Kentuckians for the Commonwealth, UT Green Initiative, Alliance for Appalachia, OVEC and others, and folks working in sustainable and renewable energy and energy efficiency across sectors throughout Appalachia to share and learn more about current work to move forward in the region. The host community of Benham in Harlan County welcomed us and shared successes of the Benham Energy Project

Please check back soon for a final report, resources, maps, photos, and more from the gathering!
